Boss Up Jewels currently ships retail orders worldwide.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times shown at checkout begin after processing and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Boss Up Jewels is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier promptly. We will help you work with the carrier when appropriate.

B2B Shipping

B2B orders receive FREE U.S. shipping when the order subtotal exceeds $299. B2B fulfillment generally takes 2–4 weeks unless the merchandise is currently in stock.
